Our Team

Dr. Rockwood was raised in Farmington, Maine and graduated from Mt. Blue High School. She earned her B.A. in Psychology and B.S. in Biology from Eastern Connecticut State University. She completed her Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2005 where she annually received the Deans Commendation, scholarships for academic achievement, and the coveted Academy of General Dentistry Award. She went on to pursue a General Practice Residency at the Veteran’s Administration in Manchester, New Hampshire. She returned to Maine in 2006 to establish her dental career in Gorham where she maintained a high level of professional excellence through extensive continuing education. She is known for her high standards for quality, and compassion for patients.

She is a member of the American Dental Association, Maine Dental Association, York County Dental Society, and Academy of General Dentistry. Driven by dedication to providing the highest quality of comprehensive care to patients, she returned to dental study and in 2019 completed the core curriculum at the Dawson Academy. She continues to be active in the Dawson Academy community and participates in the Dawson study club as well as additional local study clubs.

When she is not in the office, she loves to explore the mountains and seacoast with her husband of over 20 years and their teenage daughter. She enjoys hiking, gardening, cooking, crafting, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Tracy joined our team in 2019 as our Office Coordinator. She began working as a dental assistant and has been in the dental field for over 20 years. She finds it very rewarding to be part of a team that has the ability to improve people’s lives. She is a member of the American Association of Dental Office Management and in 2017 completed the necessary requirements to attain her fellowship.

Tracy resides in Sanford and enjoys going to the beach, shopping, cooking and especially spending time with family and friends.

Ashley joined our team in 2016. She is a Registered Dental Hygienist who worked as a clinical instructor at the University of New England from 2014-2019. She brought her educational skills to our office by helping our patients personalize treatment to meet their individual goals.

Ashley grew up in Old Orchard Beach, Maine and currently lives in Dayton with her two young sons, her husband, and their dog, Teddy.

She enjoys spending summers boating, camping, gardening and enjoying the outdoors with family and friends.

Corinne  joined the team in 2023 and comes with 12 years of dental hygiene experience.  She graduated from the University of New England with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. She is a caring dental hygienist and enjoys helping her patients with their oral health and wellbeing. She recently completed advanced training in Periodontal Therapy and is knowledgeable on  creating a patient centered treatment plan.

Corinne and her family are from the Biddeford-Saco area. She enjoys Maine Summers the best and feels there’s no better place.

Sabrina joined the team in July of 2024 as a dental assistant. Since then, she has been training under Dr. Rockwood and the team while learning something new about the world of dentistry every single day. Her favorite part of the job is connecting with people! She loves to laugh, share music and swap favorite movies with her patients. She is passionate about providing the best care to our patients through kindness and encouragement as they continue their dental journey.

Sabrina was born and raised in Maine. She loves everything outdoors: mountain hiking, picnics on her kayak, reading on the beach, and admiring wildlife.

Angela joined our team in 2023 as a dental assistant. She attended the Dental Careers Institute in Portland, Maine. Angela lives in Kennebunkport, ME but was born in Lowell, MA.

In her free time, she loves shopping, going out to eat, beach/pool days and spending time with family and her pug, Stella!
